As a pioneer in the ceramic tile industry, VTHM Group is equipped with a firing kiln stretching up to 500 meters in length to support production. In parallel, the integration of forming technology transferred from Italy’s leading machinery manufacturers ensures that VTHM products consistently meet rigorous standards in body strength, surface flatness, and superior gloss finish.
Glazing Technology
VTHM’s Frit manufacturing factory is the largest in Vietnam, supplying glaze materials to numerous domestic and international tile factories. With a team of experts and technicians boasting over 20 years of experience, VTHM takes full ownership of its technology, pioneering innovation and solidifying its leading position in the industry.
Printing Technology
VTHM Group owns the most advanced 12-color printing machines in Vietnam, directly imported from leading brands in the ceramic printing industry such as System and Durst. Combined with inks supplied by the world’s top manufacturers like Torrecid and Esmalglass-Itaca, this enables VTHM to produce tiles with a wide color gamut, high resolution, and refined visual effects.
Finishing Technology
VTHM collaborates with leading global machinery and equipment manufacturers to implement advanced surface decoration and finishing solutions, creating a diverse range of tile products in design and size.
