The ceremony was jointly organized by Lao Cai Province, Tam Long Viet Fund (Vietnam Television), Truong Son Construction Corporation, and the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, held in person at the reconstructed residential area in Lang Nu Village, Bao Yen District, and livestreamed to the resettlement sites in Nam Tong and Kho Vang Villages, Bac Ha District.

This reconstruction project includes 90 newly built houses, two educational facilities (serving both primary and kindergarten levels), two community centers, and a synchronized technical infrastructure system for electricity, water, and lighting.

Vitto Hoan My Group proudly contributed to the project by sponsoring 3,302 square meters of ceramic wall and floor tiles, supporting the construction of two resettlement areas: Lang Nu Village, Phuc Khanh Commune, Bao Yen District, and Nam Tong Village, Nam Luc Commune, Bac Ha District, both located in Lao Cai Province.
